Rentals are affordable — **10,000–25,000 THB/month** for a condo, **20,000–60,000 THB** for a house with pool.

### Transportation

Hua Hin is accessible via the **Phetkasem Highway** from Bangkok (2.5–3 hours by car). There is a **train station** on the southern line with daily services to Bangkok.
