Requirements
- Job offer or employment contract from a Thai company
- Company registration documents
- Valid passport with at least 18 months remaining
- Work permit application (processed after entry)
Important Notes
Working in Thailand without a valid work permit is illegal, even if you hold a Business Visa. Your employer typically handles the work permit application process.
