Overview

The Non-Immigrant O-A (Long Stay) visa is available to applicants aged 50 and above who wish to retire in Thailand. It is renewable annually.

Financial Requirements

You must meet one of the following:

800,000 THB deposited in a Thai bank account
Monthly income of at least 65,000 THB
A combination of both totaling 800,000 THB

Required Documents

Valid passport with at least 18 months remaining
Proof of financial means (bank statement or income letter)
Medical certificate
Police clearance from your home country
Health insurance with minimum 40,000 THB inpatient and 400,000 THB outpatient coverage
