手法
浸水範囲は、特定の洪水イベント時に取得された衛星レーダー(SAR)画像から導き出され、以下に記載の情報提供元によって解析されています。ある場所は、少なくとも1つのイベントでマッピングされた浸水ポリゴン内にある場合「浸水あり」、あるイベントの解析範囲内にありながら浸水ポリゴンの外にある場合「浸水なし」、いずれの対象イベントの解析範囲にも含まれない場合「データなし」と表示されます。
このツールが示さないこと
このマップは、過去の特定の洪水イベントに関する衛星(SARレーダー)による過去の観測結果を示すものであり、洪水予測、洪水リスクスコア、または今後その場所が浸水する・しないことの保証ではありません。
レーダーは、密集した都市部(高層ビル、狭いソイ)や樹冠の下では冠水を検知しにくいため、実際の洪水が元の画像で見逃されることがあります。
「浸水なし」という結果は、そのイベントで衛星パスが実際に解析した範囲内で浸水が観測されなかったことのみを意味します。その場所が乾燥していたことの確認ではなく、ここに掲載されていないイベントについては何も示しません。
対象範囲は上記に記載されたイベントに限られます — 特定の県と期間のみであり、継続的な全国規模の洪水監視ではありません。
