A "Watch this" option on a listing page lets you subscribe to alerts for that specific listing's price drops and availability changes. The subscription is scoped to that one listing.
Email, confirmed by a link
The subscription is by email. After submitting your address, the watch stays inactive until you click the confirmation link sent to that inbox — there's no account to create, but there is a confirmation step.
Contacting the agent needs a sign-in
Sending a message to the listing's agent is a separate action from watching it, and it requires signing in to a BaanMe account first.

It does not cover LINE as a delivery or sign-in channel for these two flows — LINE sign-in is currently unavailable on BaanMe, and the watch dialog's LINE option has been replaced with an app-download link. It doesn't guarantee an agent will respond once you do sign in and send a message.
