Publication status

The BaanMe Terms of Service are not currently available for production publication. The registered operator, service eligibility, bill-payment fees and refund rules, liability position, dispute process and governing-language position require owner decisions and review by qualified Thai counsel. BaanMe has withheld the unfinished workpaper rather than present draft annotations as binding terms.

Do not launch BaanMe to production or offer bill-payment transactions while this notice is displayed.

Before publication

The final terms must identify the registered operator and office, state every fee before payment, explain cancellation, refund and dispute handling, and match the behavior users experience. Bill images must not be uploaded or processed until the user has received a clear disclosure and given explicit consent. No unresolved placeholder, drafting note or unverified legal assurance may appear in the published terms.
