National park-protected beaches. Growing mid-range development. Good value relative to Bang Tao. Thalang town / interior — Affordable residential area. Local markets, schools, and Thalang heritage. Where many Phuket locals live. Bang Tao pool villas: 15–80+ million THB. Surin/Layan luxury estates: 30–200+ million THB. Nai Thon condos: 80,000–140,000 THB/sqm. Thalang town houses: 3–8 million THB. The widest price range of any Phuket district.
