Golf courses, waterfalls, and affordable housing for Phuket residents working in tourism. Patong condos: 70,000–150,000 THB/sqm. Kamala premium developments: 120,000–250,000 THB/sqm. Short-term rental yields in Patong can reach 8–10% gross in peak season. Kathu town is the most affordable part of the west coast for permanent residents.
