Retirement Visa – 1 year

Overview

The Non-Immigrant O-A (Long Stay) visa is available to applicants aged 50 and above who wish to retire in Thailand. It is renewable annually.

Financial Requirements

You must meet one of the following:

• 800,000 THB deposited in a Thai bank account
• Monthly income of at least 65,000 THB
• A combination of both totaling 800,000 THB

Required Documents

• Valid passport with at least 18 months remaining
• Proof of financial means (bank statement or income letter)
• Medical certificate
• Police clearance from your home country
• Health insurance with minimum 40,000 THB inpatient and 400,000 THB outpatient coverage
