Fa Ham

Fa Ham has become a significant residential and retail node on Chiang Mai's northeast side. River-edge communities and older villages now sit close to malls, offices, condos and large housing developments. The Superhighway, Chiang Mai–Doi Saket Road and ring-road connections provide broad access, but junctions near major retail can be busy. Most residents use private vehicles or ride-hailing. Condos are available near the mall and river, while houses and townhomes spread through larger developments. Check river or drainage exposure, road noise and peak-hour mall traffic.
