Marriage Visa – 1 year

Overview

The Non-Immigrant O visa based on marriage allows foreign spouses of Thai nationals to stay in Thailand for 1 year, renewable annually.

Financial Requirements

• 400,000 THB in a Thai bank account, or
• Monthly income of at least 40,000 THB, or
• A combination of both totaling 400,000 THB

Required Documents

• Marriage certificate (certified and translated)
• Spouse's Thai ID card and house registration
• Proof of financial means
• Photos of your life together (home, family events)
