Si Racha

Si Racha is a pleasant surprise for many visitors — a clean, well-organized coastal city that feels more like a small Japanese town than a Thai industrial hub. The large Japanese community (supporting nearby automotive factories in Laem Chabang) has brought excellent Japanese restaurants, schools, and a high standard of public cleanliness. It's popular with working expats and families who prefer a quieter, more family-oriented lifestyle than Pattaya offers. Excellent Japanese and international dining scene Harbor Mall, Robinson Si Racha for shopping Koh Loi — a small temple island connected by causeway, popular for evening walks Proximity to Laem Chabang industrial port and EEC economic zone 30 min to Pattaya, 1.5 hours to Bangkok via motorway Condos: 50,000–90,000 THB/sqm.
