Temples on every corner (Wat Chedi Luang, Wat Phra Singh), guesthouses, art galleries, and the Sunday Walking Street market. Charming but can feel touristy. Affordable studios and guesthouses. Nimmanhaemin (Nimman) — The lifestyle hub. MAYA mall, One Nimman, hundreds of cafes and restaurants, coworking spaces (CAMP, Punspace). The most popular area for digital nomads. Modern condos, walkable grid layout. Chang Phueak / North of Old City — Local night food market (Chang Phueak Gate), more residential feel, slightly cheaper than Nimman. Mueang Chiang Mai is arguably the best district in Southeast Asia for digital nomads.
