Nimmanhaemin (Nimman) — The lifestyle hub. MAYA mall, One Nimman, hundreds of cafes and restaurants, coworking spaces (CAMP, Punspace). The most popular area for digital nomads. Modern condos, walkable grid layout. Chang Phueak / North of Old City — Local night food market (Chang Phueak Gate), more residential feel, slightly cheaper than Nimman.
